Vision Insurance Information

We work with a variety of vision insurance plans in an effort to accommodate as many patients as possible. We accept PPO plans, Vision Service Plan (VSP), and Medi-Cal. If you are a VSP subscriber, simply provide your insurance information when you schedule your appointment and our staff will have your chart ready for you when you arrive. Vision Service Plan does not require that you bring in an insurance form to the office. All other plans require your employer to supply you with a form to send in. Vision insurance is typically different from you medical insurance in that the co-pays and benefits are unique to the vision portion.

You will be billed the difference between what your plan pays and the fees for your services and materials.
